MENU:
Begin the evening with a complimentary glass of Champagne Grand Siècle by Laurent-Perrier celebrating Louis XIV's "Great Century." Housed in a 17th-century style bottle, this luxury cuvée blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from 12 prestigious Grand Cru villages. Only the best plots are selected, and the wine is aged on lees for about five years.
