Is there an age requirement to reserve an overnight stay at Salamander Middleburg?
We welcome guests with a legally verified age of at least 21 years old. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

How much does it cost to valet my vehicle?
We offer valet parking at an overnight rate of $39 and daily rate of $20. You will receive complimentary in and out access 24 hours per day.

Can valet charge my electric vehicle?
Yes, we have 3 Tesla charging stations available through valet parking. Alternatively, guests can supply their own chargers for EVs in our charging stations in the self-parking lot. For additional information, please visit: www.salamanderresort.com/about-us

Can I take Uber or Lyft to/from the resort?
Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area, and we do not recommend relying on them for transportation. If you would like to arrange transportation, our concierge is happy to assist. Please note that most taxi companies require a two-hour notice.

Do you have to be staying at the hotel to use the pool?
Yes, you must be an overnight guest of Salamander Middleburg to access the pool.

Is the pool open year-round?
Salamander Middleburg has two pools for our resort guests.  Our indoor pool is located in our fitness center and is open daily, year round.  Our outdoor resort pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.

Is Salamander Middleburg dog friendly?
We welcome a maximum of two (2) dogs per guestroom, per stay.  There is no breed or size restriction for dogs. A non-refundable $175 cleaning fee per stay will apply. Dogs are welcome in public spaces but are not allowed in our dining outlets. Dogs are not allowed in our Audi transportation.

How may I purchase a gift card?
You may purchase a gift card of any value online at www.salamanderresort.com/gift-cards or in-person at The Salamander Spa in Middleburg, VA.

Does your restaurant have a dress code?
Salamander Middleburg is your luxury brand to indulge and enjoy. We suggest the following dress attire guidelines to keep in mind when you are planning and packing for your visit. We ask that you appear in fashionable attire to enhance the experience for all our guests. Our preferred dress is business casual, jackets are requested but not required. A collared shirt and tailored pants or well-kept denim are recommended for gentlemen.

May children dine at your restaurants?
Yes, children are welcome to dine at all outlets.

Are reservations required at your restaurants?
Harriman’s Piedmont Grill requires reservations for dinner service and Sunday Brunch. Breakfast reservations are recommended but not required.

The Gold Cup Wine Bar is first come, first serve.
Market Salamander, located in Downtown Middleburg, is first come, first serve.

How many floors does your hotel have?
Salamander Middleburg offers four floors.  Guestrooms are located on all four levels. Our dog-friendly guestrooms are located on the first floor.  The majority of our amenities and meeting spaces can be found on the second floor. Our fitness center and indoor pool is located on the terrace level.

Do you have a fitness center?
Salamander Middleburg features an on-site fitness center for guests located on the terrace level. 
The Fitness Center is open:
Sunday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM 
Friday & Saturday: 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Our fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment in a space filled with natural light overlooking the beautiful countryside. A wide range of ab stations, free weights, Pilate machines, cardio equipment and a spacious movement studio are all available for guests.

What room categories have connecting options?
To guarantee a connection of two guest rooms, we recommend choosing our Terrace King to our Terrace Double Queen guestroom. We also have suites that connect to guestrooms: Grand Prix Suite to Estate King and our Blue Ribbon Suite connects to our Estate Double Queen. Our Owner’s Suite connects to an Estate King. Please know that we do not offer two Double Queen connecting rooms on any of our floors. These can be reserved by contacting our reservation's team at 844-308-2723.

What is Salamander Middleburg’s cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the package booked and will be outlined both within the booking engine and your confirmation email. Please call 844.308.2723 to cancel or modify a reservation.

Do you offer rollaway beds?
Yes, we can provide a rollaway bed upon request. Please note that rollaway beds are not permitted for our rooms with double queen beds. Pullout sofa beds are available in our Dressage, Blue Ribbon and Grand Prix Suites.

Dulles International Airport is located just 25 miles from Salamander Middleburg.

Do you have a business center?
Our business center has two work stations located close to the ballrooms. All guests receive complimentary WIFI.

Do you have transportation for around the area?
Resort guests can enjoy complimentary transfers in our luxury Audi fleet with resort tourism ambassadors upon request day-of to local attractions within five-miles of the resort. This service is available 12pm to 10pm. Dogs are not allowed in our Audi transportation.
