^{Smoking Policy:} Salamander Middleburg is a smoke-free property. All accommodations are non-smoking. A cleaning fee (minimum of 200.00, based on accommodation size) will be assessed in the event of violation.

Is there an age requirement to reserve an overnight stay at Salamander Middleburg?
Yes. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to reserve an overnight stay. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

How much does it cost to valet my vehicle?
Valet parking is available for 43.00 + tax overnight and 20.00 + tax daily. Overnight valet includes complimentary in-and-out access 24 hours a day.

Can valet charge my electric vehicle?
We offer three Tesla charging stations through valet parking.

Can I take Uber or Lyft to/from the resort?
Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area, and we do not recommend relying on rideshare services for transportation. Our concierge team is happy to assist with transportation arrangements. Please note that most taxi companies require at least two hours’ notice.

Do you have to be staying at the hotel to use the pool?
Yes. Pool access is reserved for overnight resort guests and Salamander Middleburg members only.

Is the pool open year-round?
Yes. Salamander Middleburg offers two pools, both open year-round to resort guests and members only. Our indoor pool is located in the Fitness Center. Champions Pool, our outdoor resort pool, features The Stirrup Cup for poolside dining and refreshments.

Is Salamander Middleburg dog-friendly?
Yes. We welcome up to two dogs per guestroom, per stay, with no breed or size restrictions. A non-refundable 225.00 + tax cleaning fee applies per stay. Dogs are welcome in public spaces but are not permitted in food and beverage outlets or in our Lexus transportation vehicles.

How may I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards may be purchased online at www.salamanderresort.com/gift-cards or in person at The Salamander Spa in Middleburg, Virginia.

Does your restaurant have a dress code?
Salamander Middleburg invites guests to dress in polished, fashionable attire that complements the refined resort experience. Business casual attire is preferred. Jackets are requested but not required. For gentlemen, a collared shirt with tailored pants or well-kept denim is recommended.

May children dine at your restaurants?
Yes. Children are welcome to dine at all of our dining outlets.

Are reservations required at your restaurants?
Reservations are required for dinner service and Sunday Brunch at Harrimans Grill. Breakfast reservations are recommended but not required.

Gold Cup Wine Bar is available on a first-come, first-served basis on weekends. Should there be a wait upon arrival, guests are invited to enjoy a drink, explore the property, or relax in the Living Room, where cocktail service is available. Weekday reservations for Gold Cup Wine Bar are available through OpenTable.

How many floors does your hotel have?
Salamander Middleburg offers four guestroom floors. Guestrooms are located across all four levels, with dog-friendly guestrooms located on the first floor. Most amenities and meeting spaces are located on the second floor. The Fitness Center and indoor pool are located on the Terrace Level.

Do you have a fitness center?
Yes. Salamander Middleburg features an on-site Fitness Center located on the Terrace Level.

Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Filled with natural light and countryside views, the Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment, including cardio machines, free weights, ab stations, Pilates machines, and a spacious movement studio.

What room categories have connecting options?
To guarantee connecting guestrooms, we recommend booking a Terrace King connected to a Terrace Double Queen. Select suites also offer connecting options, including the Grand Prix Suite to an Estate King, the Blue Ribbon Suite to an Estate Double Queen, and the Owner’s Suite to an Estate King.

Please note that we do not offer two connecting Double Queen guestrooms on any floor. Connecting rooms may be reserved by contacting our reservations team at 844.308.2723. 

What is Salamander Middleburg’s cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary based on the package or rate booked and will be outlined in the booking engine and confirmation email. To cancel or modify a reservation, please call 844.308.2723.

Do you offer rollaway beds?
Yes. Rollaway beds are available upon request. Please note that rollaway beds are not permitted in rooms with two queen beds. Pullout sofa beds are available in the Dressage, Blue Ribbon, and Grand Prix Suites.

How long is the drive from the closest airport(s)?
Dulles International Airport is approximately 25 miles from Salamander Middleburg.
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is approximately 54 miles from the resort.
For private aviation, Leesburg Executive Airport is approximately 19 miles away.

Do you have a business center?
Yes. Our business center offers two workstations located near the ballrooms. Complimentary WiFi is available for all guests.

Do you have transportation for around the area?
Resort guests may enjoy complimentary transfers in our luxury Lexus vehicle fleet, available upon request day-of with our resort tourism ambassadors. Transportation is available to local attractions within five miles of the resort from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Dogs are not permitted in Lexus vehicles.
