Sheila's Table
Sheila's Table is an intimate culinary series celebrating acclaimed chefs and diverse culinary voices through food, conversation and connection. Hosted by Salamander Middleburg Owner Sheila Johnson, each three-day, two-night experience offers a limited number of guests the opportunity to go beyond the plate and discover the people, places, traditions and experiences that have shaped a chef’s culinary journey. Through intimate conversations, hands-on culinary experiences and an exclusive dinner at Salamander's Forbes Five-Star Harrimans restaurant, guests are invited to connect more closely with the chef, their cuisine and the stories behind it. Each edition will also support a meaningful philanthropic cause selected by the featured chef.
Cliff Rome
With more than 30 years of experience spanning Chicago, Europe and luxury yachting, Chef Rome has built a career around food as both a craft and a vehicle for connection and opportunity. Through Rome’s Joy Companies and initiatives including Mise en Place, a culinary and hospitality training program for youth, his work extends beyond the kitchen to education, entrepreneurship and community development.
