Our fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment in a space filled with natural light overlooking the beautiful countryside. A wide range of ab stations, free weights, Pilates machines, cardio equipment and a spacious movement studio are all available for guests.

Celebrate your special day on your own or with a group of your bridesmaids, by pampering yourself to a private yoga session designed just for you! From slow and relaxing, to invigorating and refreshing, we can cater the type of yoga class to fit your needs and help you feel focused, peaceful and exuberant before you say, “I do!” Indulge and add the option to end your class with hot tea, smoothies or a glass of champagne.

CHAIR YOGA

If you’re working with any type of limited mobility or simply want to try a new approach to yoga, doing chair yoga is a stable, safe and effective way to relax your body and breath and mind.

COUPLES YOGA

Treat this partner yoga session as a fun and healthy way to spend time with the person you love most. Learn partner yoga poses that you can do at home together, and experience the joy of being together by learning to stay grateful for the present moment.

FAMILY YOGA

What better way to enjoy family bonding during your stay than enjoying a yoga class for the whole family! Get your body moving with beginner and partner yoga in a free and silly way, building a sense of togetherness while having fun.

Delve deeper into your yoga practice and technique for a personal yoga session with one of our instructors. Find out more and create a regular yoga routine that is tailored to your health and wellness goals.

WALKING MEDITATION

Use this ancient meditation practice as an introduction into meditation or deepen your meditation practice with this unique approach incorporating walking and movement. Appropriate for all ages and levels; this is an outdoor activity.

WATER YOGA

Join this 60-minute aqua yoga workout and learn how practicing yoga in the water can enhance your on-land practice, and how water can provide therapeutic muscle relief and mental relaxation.


Personal Training

60 minute training session starting at $100 an hour | Fitness Center
Who says traveling has to negatively affect your fitness goals? Meet your goals with our personal training sessions and certified trainer for Personal Training as well as Group Fitness. In addition to providing you with an individualized workout based on your needs and goals, we can do health assessments for BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage. Sessions for injury prevention, weight management and overall wellness techniques, introduce new exercises to avoid plateaus and keep workouts motivating, and create long term and short term goals for positive lifelong exercise habits.
