A thoughtfully curated selection of the region’s finest cheeses and charcuterie, featuring: 

Artisanal Cheeses from Locksley Farmstead, Village Cheese works, and Goot Essa 

Charcuterie Selection from Chapel Hill Farms, including Country Ham from Edwards Smokehouse 

Accompaniments: Salamander Honey, Whole Grain Mustard, Cornichons, Pimento Cheese, Pâtés

Waffle Bar Station – whipped cream, maple syrup, chocolate chips, toasted nuts, honey, peanut butter, and coconut flakes. 

Herb Crust Ribeye – Accompanied by Spring Risotto and Red wine Jus 

Omelet Station – Cage-free eggs, egg whites, spinach, tomato, mushroom, bacon, ham, crab, onion, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese.  

Build your own Parfait- Coconut Yogurt, Greek yogurt, Strawberry Yogurt, Nutella, peanut butter, berry compote, mango, pear, dragon fruit, pomegranate, berries, granola, chia seeds, flax seeds, toasted almonds.
