Guests are invited to enjoy an abundant spread featuring a raw bar, omelet station, additional chef-driven action stations, and an array of decadent desserts. Designed as a moment to slowdown, gather, and celebrate motherhood, this elegant experience blends warmth, sophistication, and memorable flavors for the whole family.

Gourmet Cheese & Charcuterie

A thoughtfully curated selection of the region’s finest cheeses and charcuterie, featuring:

  • Artisanal Cheeses from Locksley Farmstead, Village Cheese Works, and Goot Essa
  • Charcuterie Selection from Chapel Hill Farms, including country ham from Edwards Smokehouse
  • Accompaniments: Salamander honey, whole grain mustard, cornichons, pimento cheese, and pâtés

Seafood Extravaganza

A lavish display of the freshest seafood, including:

  • Island Creek Oysters
  • Old Bay-poached East Coast white shrimp
  • Snow crab
  • Lobster salad
  • Accompaniments: classic cocktail sauce, saltines, Louis sauce, red wine mignonette, & fresh lemons

Salads & Cold Appetizers

  • Artisan Green Salad Bar - Arcadian lettuce, strawberries, Persian cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, blue cheese, goat cheese, orange segments, shredded carrots, and spiced pecans, served with lemon herb vinaigrette, raspberry vinaigrette, and carrot ginger dressing
  • Vanilla Parfait - Greek yogurt, berries, and granola
  • Mango Chia Pudding - Coconut milk, agave, and mint
  • Acai – Coconut flakes and berries.
  • Tropical Fruit Display – Dragon fruit, papaya, oranges, melons, pink pineapple, mango, and berries, served with agave lemon yogurt.
  • Smoked Salmon Display – Egg Mimosa, capers, chives, shallot, dill cream cheese, and assorted bagels

Chef-Attended Stations

Our culinary team prepares signature dishes to order:

  • Crêpe Station - Ham and Gouda cheese, crème cheese and chocolate, crème cheese and strawberry jam.
  • Omelet Station - Cage-free eggs, egg whites, spinach, mushroom, bacon, ham, onion, cheddar cheese, and feta cheese
  • Pizza Station - Homemade Margherita and pepperoni pizzas from the pizza oven. Toppings: Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, and olive oil
  • Roasted Tenderloin Station - Served with horseradish sauce, au poivre sauce, and spring mashed potatoes
