Head Baker Jean Baptiste will teach you all the tricks for making the perfect loaf of tangy sourdough bread, plus how to feed and maintain your own sourdough starter at home. After the class, receive printed recipes plus your own sourdough starter. You will leave feeling like a sourdough pro!
