Cooking Demo: Island Creek Oysters

Join Executive Sous Chef Jose Linares on a journey to discover what is your favorite oyster. In this class we will taste 4–7 different types of oysters from Island Creek Oysters, and we will discuss texture, consistency, salinity, and flavor profile for each one. This class will include a complimentary glass of prosecco and a small bottle of our house-made mignonette.
