The Salamander Bees have been working hard this year! Tour the Salamander Resort honey bee hives with Executive Pastry Chef Mollie Turner, then head back to the studio to learn how to use nature’s sweet nectar to create our plated "Lemon and Honey" dessert. This class includes a completed plated dessert to enjoy, take-home recipes, and a jar of our Salamander honey.
